Tailored Flooring and Property Solutions is a Gold Coast company that does two things most businesses keep separate. We look after properties, the repairs, scheduled maintenance, improvements and end-of-lease work that keep a house or an investment in good order, and we supply and install flooring. Both under one name, one quote and one accountable team.
The flooring side is not a bolt-on. Dale, who founded and runs the company, has extensive experience in the flooring industry and a background in carpentry, the trade where a millimetre matters and where nothing is laid over a problem. That is the standard every job here is measured against, whether it is an eighty square metre floor or a morning of repairs. Through the business we also carry our own flooring supply, so when we quote a floor we are quoting product we know, from stock we control, installed by the people who chose it.
The person who quotes your job is the person who does it. There is no handover, no subcontractor, and nobody to blame but ourselves.
Property work is where most clients meet us first. Handyman jobs, ongoing maintenance, small improvements and make-good for landlords, tenants and agents. It is the bulk of the calendar, and it is where the value of a trade background shows most, because a door that drops, a wet area that fails or a floor that lifts is a symptom, and we fix the cause. Then when the floor needs doing, you already know what our work looks like.
Flooring is the other half, prepared, laid and finished across every substrate South East Queensland offers, from beachfront slabs with moisture problems to hinterland timber subfloors that move with the season. Because we supply the product as well as installing it, one party is responsible for the floor and the fitting. There is no supplier and fitter pointing at each other when something is not right.
The newest line is motorised blinds and curtains, and it has earned its place fast. The same supply-and-install thinking applies, we carry the motors and the fabrics, we fit them, we program them, and one team answers for the result. Roller blinds, curtain tracks and outdoor screens, driven from a remote, a wall switch or a phone, and we can motorise blinds you already own. It rounds out the promise this company was built on, the property kept standing, the floor under your feet and the light through the windows, all from the one accountable crew.
We are family owned and operated, and we run it the way a professional business should be run. Written quotes that hold. Arrival times that are a time, not a window.
