Most maintenance companies will not touch a floor. Most flooring companies stop at the skirting board. We were built to do both. Dale's background is the flooring trade and cabinet making, and the company carries its own flooring supply, so property maintenance and a finished floor come from one accountable team, on one quote, to one standard. The same thinking now runs to motorised blinds and curtains, supplied, fitted and programmed by us.

Supplied and installed by the same company, across vinyl plank, hybrid, laminate, timber, carpet and carpet tile. Product knowledge from years in the trade, subfloor preparation done properly rather than laid over, and one party responsible for the result.
We hold our own flooring supply and we install it, so the product, the preparation and the fitting are one conversation with one party responsible. Twelve decors in the Luma range alone, plus hybrid, laminate, timber and carpet tile.
The van's at the kerb by seven. Drop sheets down before boots go anywhere, furniture moved with two people and a bit of care rather than one person and a hope. You get a text the night before with a time, and that time is the time.
Every job has one, the part that decides whether the finish lasts. On a floor it is the subfloor, old covering out, adhesive ground back, moisture tested, every dip levelled. On a repair it is finding why the door dropped rather than just planing the edge. Skip it and the problem comes back wearing a different hat.
Whatever the job is, this is the part you are actually paying for. On a floor, boards shuffled from three or four packs so the colour spreads, joins staggered properly, door jambs undercut rather than caulked. On everything else, the same unhurried attention to the bit nobody would notice if we got it wrong.
Furniture back where it was. Floor swept and wiped down. Offcuts and packaging in the trailer, not in your bin. Then we walk it together, and if something isn't right we sort it before the van moves.
